The service

• OneShot provides AI-generated analysis of situations you describe. It is not professional advice — legal, financial, medical, or otherwise.
• Output is generated on-demand. We don't guarantee accuracy, completeness, or suitability for any purpose.
• We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

Accounts & credits

• You need an account to use credits. One account per person.
• Credits are non-refundable and have no cash value. Unused credits don't expire.
• Don't share, resell, or automate the use of your account or credits.

Acceptable use

• Don't use the service to harm others or break laws.
• Don't attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the service.
• We may suspend accounts that violate these terms without notice.

Payments

• Payments are processed by Stripe.
• All sales are final. Credits are delivered instantly — there is no cooling-off period.
• Prices may change. Existing credits are unaffected by price changes.

Liability

• The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
• We are not liable for decisions you make based on OneShot output.
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the last 12 months.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
